Arc of HUE  is the official Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion offering of The Office of Azure Antoinette serving the corporate industry in the specialised fields of Diversity, Equity and Inclusive work practices.

Arc of HUE™ programming, offerings, brand initiative advisement use scaleable and customised approaches to addressing/preventing discrimination and harassment; thus creating respectful, inclusive workplaces.

Our interactive training courses feature industry driven scenarios with actual proactive and reactive approaches; thus providing a safe and confidential space to learn, explore, ideate and evaluate perspectives to aid in making human equity the mainstay as opposed to a celebrated silo.

As with the traditional rubric of learning, comprehensive assimilation; being able to demonstrate an acute understanding of DEI and the pillars of active allyship in the workplace requires practice, and positive reinforcement in order to achieve progress.

We work through these goals by providing onsite assessments, as well as narratives for self study, ideation and company specific application.
